1. Who we are and what this site is

Creator Agency Index is an independent directory and matchmaking service. We help creators who run their work as a business find reputable management agencies, service providers, and tools, and we help agencies and vendors reach qualified creator leads. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fansly, or any creator platform. Everything we publish is safe for work and strictly business to business. 2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, and you must use it only for lawful business purposes. The site features only verified, consenting adult businesses. You agree not to use the site to host, request, distribute, or link to explicit material, to route any audience to a creator paid or explicit page, to impersonate any creator or platform, or to submit content that is unlawful, scraped, leaked, or infringing. We may refuse service or remove any listing or submission at our discretion.

3. Matching is an introduction, not advice

When you complete the intake on our get matched form, we may introduce you to agencies that appear to fit your needs. An introduction is not a recommendation to sign, and it is not legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering any agreement. We encourage you to review our guidance on red flags to avoid when signing with an agency and to seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. Listings and vetting

We apply a documented vetting process to agencies before they enter the index, described on our how we vet page. Vetting reduces risk but does not guarantee outcomes, performance, or the conduct of any third party. Listings are not ranked by payment, and no agency can buy a higher place. Where a directory or best of page has no vetted entries yet, we show a clearly marked empty listings slot rather than fill it with unverified names.

5. Referral and affiliate disclosure

We may earn a referral fee, listing fee, or affiliate commission when you connect with an agency, service provider, or software vendor through our links or forms. This never adds cost to you, and it never changes our vetting standard or the order in which agencies appear. Our only loyalty is to the creator. This disclosure applies across the site.

6. No fan facing use

This site exists to serve creators as business owners and the agencies and vendors who support them. It is not a place to find or contact creators as a fan. We do not publish explicit content, and we do not direct traffic to any creator paid page. Using the site to seek such content or contact is a breach of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, text, and original graphics are owned by Creator Agency Index or used under license. Brand names, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link, but you may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.

8. Third party links and tools

The site links to third party agencies, services, and software, including tool categories such as watermarking and content protection. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, pricing, features, or conduct.
