The vetting standard
How we vet creator management agencies
We vet every creator management agency before it can enter the index. Our review covers legal registration, contract fairness, payment record, references from current creators, and a clean compliance history. Agencies cannot pay for placement or a higher rank. If a vetted partner breaks trust, we remove it.
Get matched with a vetted agencyWhat every agency must pass
Vetting is a documented seven point review, not a vibe check. An agency clears every point or it does not enter the index. Use the same checklist when you evaluate any agency you find on your own.
-
01
Legal registration and identity
We confirm the agency is a registered business with a verifiable owner, a real address, and a working channel for support. Anonymous operators with no traceable entity do not qualify.
-
02
Contract fairness
We read the standard agreement for term length, exit notice, who owns the accounts and content, and how the split is calculated. Lifetime lock ins, account ownership grabs, and hidden fees are disqualifying. Learn the numbers in our breakdown of creator agency revenue splits.
-
03
Payment record
We look for clean, on time payouts and transparent reporting. A history of withheld earnings, surprise deductions, or chargeback abuse ends the review.
-
04
Creator references
We speak with creators the agency works with now, not only the ones it selects. We ask about communication, results, and what happened when something went wrong.
-
05
Proof of the work
We confirm the agency actually performs what it sells, whether that is staffed chat operations, marketing, or full management. Resold services dressed up as in house are flagged.
-
06
Adult and consent verification
Every business we feature works only with verified, consenting adults over 18. We exclude anyone who cannot be verified, and we never touch leaked or scraped material or platform impersonation.
-
07
Ongoing review
Vetting is not a one time stamp. We re check listings, act on creator reports, and remove any partner that slips. Our independence is set out in full on our disclosure and independence page.
Red flags that fail the review
Lifetime lock in
Contracts with no clean exit, or terms that survive long after you leave, are a hard no.
Account ownership grab
You should always own your accounts, your content, and your audience. Agencies that take title are excluded.
Opaque splits
If an agency will not show how the split is calculated or what is deducted, the review stops.
No verifiable references
An agency that cannot point to creators it works with, or hides behind anonymity, will not pass.
Common questions
Can an agency pay to be listed or ranked higher?
No. Placement and order are never for sale. Agencies cannot buy a listing, a badge, or a higher position. Match shortlists are built on fit and a passed review, never on who paid.
What does vetted actually mean here?
Vetted means an agency cleared the documented seven point review above. We re check listings over time and remove any partner that breaks trust.
Do you verify that every business is an adult over 18?
Yes. We only feature verified, consenting adult businesses. We do not index anyone we cannot verify, and we never reference leaked or scraped content or impersonate a creator or platform.
What happens if a listed agency mistreats a creator?
Tell us and we re match you at no cost. If an agency breaks a contract, withholds pay, or violates our standard, we remove it from the index entirely and note the reason in our review file.
