How it works for creators

How it works for creators.

Creator Agency Index matches you with vetted creator management agencies in three steps. You fill out a short confidential intake, we send a considered shortlist, and you decide who to talk to. It is free for creators, and a match is an introduction, not a contract.

01

You tell us about your business

Platforms, revenue stage, region, and the kind of help you want, whether that is full management, chatting, marketing, or tools. The intake takes a few minutes and stays confidential. You can read our standards on the how we vet page before you share anything.

02

We send a vetted shortlist

We match you with agencies that fit your brand and have passed our vetting. No agency can buy a higher place. You get a short, considered shortlist instead of a directory dump, usually within about two business days. Browse the wider field any time through the agency directory.

03

You choose, on your terms

Compare, meet, and decide at your pace. Before you sign anything, read our guide to the red flags to avoid when signing with an agency and check what is normal in our notes on how much you should pay an agency. Every conversation stays yours to control.

What a match actually means

A short, plain checklist before you say yes.

01

Confirm the split in writing, including whether the percentage is taken from gross earnings or net of platform fees.

02

Read the term length and the exit clause. A fair agreement lets you leave with reasonable notice and keep your accounts.

03

Ask who owns your logins, content, and audience data. You should retain ownership and control at all times.

04

Get the scope of work in writing: what the agency does, what you do, and how you both measure results.

05

Protect your work. Pair any agreement with a plan for brand protection and DMCA so your content stays yours.

Common questions

Is Creator Agency Index free for creators?

Yes. Matching is free for creators. We are paid by agencies and vendors through listing and referral arrangements, never by taking a cut of your earnings or charging you a fee.

Will my information stay confidential?

Your intake is private. Nothing is shared with an agency until you choose to make contact, so you can stay anonymous while you compare options.

Do I have to sign with anyone?

No. A match is an introduction, not a contract. You decide who to talk to, what to ask, and whether to sign anything at all.

How long does matching take?

Most creators receive a shortlist within about two business days of completing the intake form.
