Privacy policy.
Creator Agency Index collects only what it needs to match creators with agencies and to run the directory. We do not sell personal data. We never publish or share a creator identity without consent, and we keep submissions confidential by default. This page explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and the controls you have.
What we collect and why
We collect the details you choose to submit through our forms, plus basic, privacy respecting analytics. Here is the short version:

How creator confidentiality works
When a creator completes the match intake, we share only the details needed for a relevant introduction, and only with agencies you agree to be introduced to. We never publish a creator profile, never list creators in the directory, and never route fans to anyone. The directory lists agencies and tools only.
Who processes your data
We use a small set of processors to run the site. Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. If analytics are enabled, they run in aggregate without selling identifiable data. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. Where a processor sits outside your region, transfers rely on standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
We keep match and agency submissions only as long as needed to make introductions and meet our records duties, then delete or anonymize them. Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your controls
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email us and we will action requests within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA. Every newsletter includes a one click unsubscribe.
Cookies
The site runs with minimal cookies. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not let advertisers track you across the web. Any analytics cookies are aggregate and can be declined in your browser.
